Validation Pharmacist

We are inviting qualified and interested candidates to fill in the following position

DUTIES

Develop and execute validation plans for new products and processes, including equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, and computer system validation.
Develop and execute validation protocols for Research and Development (R&D) projects and commercial pharmaceutical plant settings.
Prepare validation reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot validation issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and deliver training programs related to validation procedures and requirements

Analyze validation data and provide recommendations to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure that R&D processes and equipment are qualified in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that validation activities are planned and executed in a timely manner to meet project timelines.
Perform risk assessments to identify critical process parameters and develop process controls to ensure product quality.
Develop and maintain the validation master plan (VMP), ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations.
To designate the QA Pharmacist to ensure each batch of product has been produced and tested in accordance with appropriate quality standards and marketing Requirement.

To designate the QA Pharmacist to approve the finished product batch release for sale.
To review any changes that affect the validation status of the plant, process and equipment in the plant prior to implementation;

REQUIREMENTS

First degree in Pharmacy
Any post-graduate qualification and cGMP trainings are an added advantage.
At least 2 years post attachment experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Well organized and able to work under pressure.
