2) Managing budgets, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.

4)Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
5)Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
6)Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
7)Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
