REPORTS TO : Deputy Director- Human Resource
STATION : Head Office
GRADE : 8
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Drafting and reviewing a human capital development policy;
• Conducting training needs assessments;
• Compiling training plans;
• Conducting training;
• Facilitating electoral training to ZEC employees and seconded staff;
• Organising training and staff inductions / on-boarding programs;
• Facilitating human capital development programs;
• Identifying and addressing employee performance gaps;
• Compiling annual staff development plans and the budgets;
• Providing any other support as may be required and expected by the Commission
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
• Degree in Human Resource Management, or other social science degree or related qualification.
• At least 3 years’ training management experience.
• A Masters degree is an added advantage.
