Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Identification and Analysis.
- Design and implementation of effective training programmes and modules to address identified training needs.
- Training Evaluation.
- Training related research and development.
- Coordination of Graduate Learnership and Undergraduate Internship programmes.
- Training records management.
- Conduction of regular skills audit.
Requirements
- A first Degree in Human Resources Management/Sociology/Psychology or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution with at least 6 years’ post qualification working experience, 3 years of which should have been in a similar role, preferably in a Mining or Heavy Industry environment.
- A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Training of Trainers is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
- Membership of a recognized HR professional body e.g. IPMZ.
- Working knowledge of safety management system(s) applicable to large scale mining operations/companies, preferably with exposure to the NOSA SHE System.
- Good working knowledge and experience of an ERP system, preferably SAP.
- Holder of a clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
