The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Equipping Employees With The Essential Skills And Knowledge Required To Excel In Their Roles And Deliver Exceptional Service To Clients

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, Implement, And Evaluate Training Programs For Both New Recruits And Existing Staff.

• Facilitate Engaging On-The-Job Training Sessions, Workshops, And Simulations To Build Core Competencies.

• Monitor And Assess Training Effectiveness, Making Improvements Where Necessary.

• Stay Informed On Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies To Ensure Training Content Remains Relevant And Interactive.

• Collaborate With Department Heads To Identify Training Needs And Tailor Programs Accordingly

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Of A Diploma In Training, Education, Or A Related Field.

• Certification In Training And Development Will Be A Strong Advantage.

• Demonstrated Experience In Private Or Public Security Sectors Is Essential.

• Strong Communication, Facilitation, And Presentation Skills.

• Must Hold A Valid Class 4 Driver’s License
