Job Title: Training Officer x 5

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for professional development among NPAZ staff.
- Develop and update training curricula, modules, and materials tailored to prosecutorial functions and legal developments.
- Organize and facilitate training workshops, seminars, and continuing legal education sessions for prosecutors and related staff.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (e.g., judicial training institutions, legal experts, international agencies) to enhance training programs.

Job Title: Advocacy and Education Officer x 3
Duty Station: Head Office
Reports to: Deputy Director Corporate Affairs
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor advocacy campaigns aligned with the NPAZ’s objectives to raise awareness about criminal justice issues, anti-corruption initiatives, and the role of the NPAZ.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups, civil society, government agencies, educational institutions, media outlets, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
- Develop and conduct educational workshops, seminars, and outreach activities aimed at informing the public about legal rights, criminal justice processes, and NPAZ initiatives.
- Prepare press releases, informational materials, and social media content to effectively communicate messages to diverse audiences.
- Serve as a liaison with media outlets for advocacy campaigns.
- Track and evaluate the impact of advocacy and education activities.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Title: Graphic Design Officer x 3

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts aligned with the NPAZ’s branding guidelines and communication strategies.
- Maintain and update the organization’s visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with communication officers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
- Manage and oversee digital materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve website performance.
- Ensure website content aligns with organizational messaging and branding guidelines.
- Develop creative graphics, infographics, banners, and visual assets for online platforms, social media, print materials, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on financial and compliance audits of NPAZ departments, units, and programs.
- Review financial statements, transaction records, and internal controls to verify accuracy and adherence to laws and policies.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
- Identify areas of financial risk, fraud, or mismanagement, and report findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue procurement documentation including Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Evaluate bids and proposals in accordance with procurement policies, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Coordinate and facilitate the tendering and bidding processes, including organizing bid opening sessions and preparing evaluation reports.
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
