JOB DESCRIPTION
Zimasco (Pvt) Limited, a major player in Zimbabwe’s Ferrochrome Production, has an exciting and challenging career opportunity at its Smelter in Kwekwe. Applications are invited from suitably
qualified, competent and experienced persons to fill the following position on a renewable fixed-term contract basis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Candidates with the following Minimum Qualifications and Experience should apply-
- Degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences from a reputable institution
- Diploma in Training Management
- A Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy, Mineral Processing/Metallurgical Assaying or Engineering is an added advantage
- A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience in a Training role
- Good working knowledge of an ERP system (such as SAP)
- Membership of recognized Human Resources Management professional body
- Should be highly computer literate
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Identification of Training Needs and analysis
- Development of the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Training Plans
- Coordinating and conducting Training delivery.
- Updating Employee Training and Developmental records
- Training Evaluation and Follow-up assessments for training effectiveness
- Supervision of Leanership and Traineeship programs
