Training Officer
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Candidates with the following minimum qualifications and experience should apply
- Degree in Behavioural or Social Sciences
- Diploma in Training Management
- A Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy, Mineral Processing/ Metallurgical Assaying or Engineering is an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a training role
- Good working knowledge of ERP system (such as SAP)
- Membership of recognised Human Resources Management professional body
- Should be highly computer literate
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Indentification of Training Needs and analysis
- Development of the monthly , Quartely and Annual Training plans
- Coordinating and conducting Training Delivery
- Updating employee training and Developmental records
- Training Evaluation and follow-up assesments for training effectiveness
- Supervision of Learnership and Traineeship programs
