Position: VACANCY TRAINING OFFICE ACCREDITATION AND MONITORING OFFICER
Overview: The Training Office Accreditation Officer supports ICAZ’s accreditation process by engaging prospective training offices, guiding them through registration, and coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also monitors compliance with ICAZ training regulations and promotes continuous improvement in accreditation processes. It requires strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of ICAZ’s education and training framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and Follow Up with Prospective Training Offices.
- Support Accreditation Applications.
- Conduct Needs Assessments.
- Coordinate Internal Stakeholders.
- Oversee Training Office Operations.
- Conduct Peer Accreditation Reviews.
- Evaluate and Improve Accreditation Processes.
- Monitor Compliance with ICAZ Training Regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, accreditation or training.
- Professional qualification or progress toward CA(Z), ACCA or CIMA is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the ICAZ education and training frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organisational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of ICAZ’s regulatory and accreditation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
