Training Purpose

 

• The purpose of this training program is to assist the trainee technicians to perform operations and maintenance of field network elements (BSS & Transmission) in order to maintain network uptime and service assurance within set key performance indicators.

• Assist in giving feedback on fault resolution to NOC, while escalating challenges to Technicians according to PnP.
• Thrive to learn how to identify areas where there are network quality issues and make necessary recommendations.
• Assisting in the reconciliation of own Travel & Subsistence, Expenses claims done weekly and on time.
• Should learn how to work with heights –antenna installations and fault resolutions on towers and buildings.
• Assist in the managing of the performance of regional sites at required levels.
• Should learn and train how to handle delicate electronic equipment.
