We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Odoo Software Consultant to join our dynamic team. Duties and Responsibilities

Training and Development:

Participate in structured training programs to learn the Odoo platform, including its modules and functionalities.
Gain expertise in business processes, workflows, and Odoo best practices.
Requirement Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to gather and document their business requirements.
Analyze business processes to identify how Odoo can meet their needs.
System Configuration:

Assist in setting up and configuring Odoo modules based on client requirements.
Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with business processes.
Implementation Support:

Provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth integration with client systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues under the guidance of senior consultants.
Client Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are comfortable using Odoo.
Develop training materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
Post-Implementation Support:

Address client queries and issues after deployment.
Ensure timely resolution of tickets to maintain client satisfaction.

System Testing:

Assist in testing Odoo functionalities to ensure system reliability and performance.
Report bugs and suggest improvements where necessary.
Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, configurations, and solutions.
Prepare user manuals and technical documentation for clients.
Qualifications:

Education:

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or certificate in Accounting or a related field.

Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business software is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Python, XML, or PostgreSQL is a plus.
