Applications are invited from candidates who want to train as Hospital Food Service Supervisors in the Ministry.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
5 ‘0’ Level passes at grade C or better including English Language, Mathematics, Food and Nutrition and a Science subject in one or two sittings.
Candidates should be aged between 18 and 34 years.
Science subjects at A Level will be an added advantage.
DURATION OF THE COURSE
The course runs for three years on full-time, after which successful students will be awarded Diplomas in Hospital Food Service Management.
