TOURISM MANAGER (D1) X 1 NYANGA

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position in Nyanga. The incumbent will report to the Senior Area Manager.

Duties (Responsibilities)

Developing and implementing operational, and marketing strategies and budgets,
managing tourists facilities at the station,
supervising and managing tourism staff at the station,
managing and developing of all nonconsumptive tourism products,
Managing of all Tour Operator activities at the station,
Coordinating marketing of all business operations effectively,
and dealing with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction,
managing, licensing and administration of all business operations at the station,
Using marketing tools to expand the market share of the respective station.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

Diploma in Marketing/ Tourism or Business Management,
A first degree will be an added advantage,
At least three years’ relevant experience
Good communication and customer relations skills,
Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing.
