We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated tourism hospitality interns/students on attachment to join our team!

*Job Summary:*

As a tourism hospitality intern/student on attachment, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, working alongside our experienced team. You’ll contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences, while developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:*

– *Food and Beverage Service:*
– Participate in restaurant, bar, and room service operations
– Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
– *Bar Management:*
– Assist with bar operations, including drink preparation and service
– Learn about wine, beer, and spirits, and develop mixology skills
– *Clerical Work:*
– Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
– Develop skills in Microsoft Office and other software applications
– *Event Planning and Coordination:*
– Support event planning and coordination, including weddings, conferences, and other functions
– Learn about event management software and tools
– *Housekeeping and Maintenance:*
– Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
– Develop knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures
– *Marketing and Promotion:*
– Engage in marketing and promotional activities, including social media management and campaign implementation
– Develop skills in graphic design and digital marketing

Qualifications and Experience

*Requirements:*

– Currently enrolled in a tourism, hospitality, or related field (e.g., hotel management, event management)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., property management systems)
– Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
