Qualifications And Experience
At most 6-10 years proven experience in a similar position. Awarding correct tobacco grades to all tobacco that is offered for sale with 6-10 years’ experience in TIMB grading. Decisively dealing with all cases of improper and suspicious tobacco presentation and deliveries in consultation with the Leaf Manager on the sale.
Knowledge in quality identification and leaf classification.
Ability to plan and manage with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of tobacco processing, leaf classification on the auction floors a must.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to operate with minimum supervision.
Traceable experience of buying tobacco in auction floors and contract floors, a must
