Key Responsibilities
- Operate the TLB (Backhoe) for digging, trenching, loading trucks, and grading surfaces.
- Perform daily pre-start checks (fluids, hydraulics, tires, brakes, attachments).
- Identify and report mechanical faults or safety hazards immediately.
- Dig around live utilities (water, electric, fiber) with extreme caution.
- Ensure the worksite remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Requirements
- Must be between 25 and 36 years of age.
- Valid Competency Certificate / License for TLB operation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven TLB operation experience in construction, roadworks, or mining.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Fitness for heavy machinery operation.
- No criminal record, drug and alcohol free.
