VACANCY 

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for Tills Supervisor at the new Marondera branch. This is a great opportunity for internal candidates who are eager to take the next step in their career and contribute to the success of the new branch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the tills area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations.

• Ensure all POS machines and till hardware are functioning properly.

• Monitor till operators’ punctuality and adherence to timetables.

• Provide excellent customer service by managing queues and addressing customer queries promptly.

• Ensure correct processing of customer returns and additional product requests.

• Assist in converting quotations into invoices and coordinating item retrieval for customers.

• Oversee housekeeping tasks, including ensuring all machines are logged off, cash-ups are completed, and float bags are securely stored at the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to supervise a team effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Good product knowledge and ability to handle invoicing processes.
