Key Responsibilities
- Safely set up, adjust, and operate TIG welding machines.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and weld symbols to meet fabrication requirements.
- Prepare metal components for welding, including stainless steel, metallic hoses, aluminium, and Inconel.
- Visually inspect completed welds to ensure they meet industry standards and structural requirements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on welding torches, equipment, and workstations.
- Knowledge of welding equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- TIG Welder certification.
- Have at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong mathematical and reading skills.
- Interpretation of work directions.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
