Key Responsibilities:

 

 

• Develop and implement localized terminal retail plans in alignment with the company’s product launch schedule in the African market. Track progress and ensure timely execution.
• Lead the local retail sales team, ensuring alignment with retail objectives and performance targets.
• Formulate and execute effective retail strategies for product launches, including joint business planning with key distributors and retail partners.
• Manage and control sell-out expenses. Monitor retail data and market dynamics to ensure efficient retail investment.
• Support leadership with other assigned tasks and contribute to local retail capability building and business expansion.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

• Strong resilience under pressure, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in smartphone or consumer electronics retail in the African market.
• In-depth knowledge of African consumer behavior and retail industry trends.
• Strong abilities in resource coordination, market insight, business judgment, and team training.
