Job Summary

The Telesales Representative is the primary point of contact with the organization. They areresponsible for the generation of sales leads that develop into new customers and identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming customer-related calls, emails and phone messages (SMS / WhatsApp).
• Submit monthly sales reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Keep all requisite legislative records of customers.
• Generate sales leads through product detailing and broadcasting daily offers.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
• Meet sales targets as given by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Attend to all customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives timeously.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management
• Certificate in Dispensary Assistant
• A minimum of 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics
• At least 2 years experience in Sales preferably in the medical field
• Computer literacy in Navision and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
