Reporting to the Head of Maintenance.

The Technical Standards Manager shall be responsible for assisting the Head of Maintenance in overseeing airworthiness and maintenance standards, including the managing of performance of maintenance standards, technical staff and external service providers.

Criteria

Have at least five years related experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree or recognised management qualification or equivalent
Have previous experience in the Management or Supervision of personnel.
Good team worker, able to identify and develop individual and team ability.
Excellent IT & communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
Strong leadership skills.
