Technical Executive responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees
Duties And Responsibilities
Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow
Uphold and enforce company policies
Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
Schedule shifts
Help management create the department’s budget
Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities
Meet regularly with senior management to stay informed on company issues
Providing technical support for productions, programs and events
Supporting and advising the technical and sales teams on financial needs
Working with the senior Management to oversee the completion of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to
Providing accurate equipment costs and setup time estimates
Recommending and using new technologies to improve work for all employees and executives
Oversee security of the facility
Qualifications And Experience
More than 10 years work experience as a Technical/ Works Manager or similar management role
BSc in Engineering or similar qualification, a diploma or degree in Business Administration an added advantage
Master Degree and added advantage.
Previous experience in the industry preferred
Customer service experience
Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
Team management skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience with facilities maintenance and/or security
Strong problem-solving skills
Availability to work in shifts including weekends
