Position summary
FHI 360 through implementing partners proposes to implement an approved primary prevention of sexual violence and HIV interventions curriculum to fulfil the Parenting for Lifelong Health component based on guidance from PEPFAR/ USAID using OGAC approved evidence-based interventions. The main purpose of the Caring Families Programme for Parents and Teens is to help cultivate open, caring and trusting relationships between caregivers and their teenagers and developing positive relations that will help parents to protect their adolescents against a variety of negative health and social outcomes. The broad categories of support include: 1) Materials development, adaptation, Project preparation and Implementation readiness; 2) Building local capacity of Local Implementing Partners by providing training of facilitators, coaches and training of trainers; 3) Building capacity of Local Implementing Partners by providing coaching, supervision and assessment of facilitators, trainers and coaches; 4) To provide implementation support during implementation; 5) To conduct final project review.
