Our client in the industrial consumables business has retained us to secure the services of a Technical Sales Support Officer to be based in Harare.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Maintaining and servicing existing customers
• Onboard new customers and negotiating deals & service contracts
• Accurately gathering customer requirements and specification & sourcing the same with speed.
• Attend to and closing off any customer queries within the shortest period of time
• Gather competitive quotations and invoices of the customers
Qualifications And Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:-
– Minimum – Diploma in Sales/ Marketing
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Industrial/ Technical space
• An appreciation of either chemical stuff ie. Laboratory / Hospital equipment and Engineering
Other Attributes/ Skills requires
• Experience in navigating the Harare environs
• Quick to understand and grasp concepts
• Fluent speaker
• Team player
• Someone who thinks outside the box
• Can easily interact with people and be able to initiate a conversation
