Job Summary:

Raregold Resort, a premier agro-hospitality destination in Glen Forest, Harare, is seeking a dynamic Team Building Specialist to design and lead engaging team building activities for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences that showcase our resort’s unique blend of natural beauty, quality farm produce, and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

– Design and Deliver Team Building Activities: Plan and execute customized team building programs that cater to diverse client needs, promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead interactive sessions, workshops, and exercises that foster collaboration, trust, and camaraderie among team members.
– Utilize Resort Facilities: Leverage our state-of-the-art facilities, including conference rooms, outdoor spaces, and recreational activities, to create immersive team building experiences.
– Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and preferences to tailor team building activities that meet their needs.
– Ensure Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding service, ensuring that clients have an exceptional experience at Raregold Resort.

Requirements:

– Experience in Team Building: Proven experience in designing and delivering team building activities, preferably in a hospitality or corporate setting.
– Five Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English.
– A releavant professional qualification in team bulding or equivalent.*
– Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and facilitate effective team dynamics.
– Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative team building activities that cater to various client needs.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and client requirements.
– Knowledge of Agro-Hospitality: Familiarity with agro-hospitality or outdoor activities is an added advantage.
