The Job:

Team Administration

Recruiting, training and motivating Life Agents under their supervision.
Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach torgets
Compiling and analysing team sales figures.
Advise on market information such as changing customer needs, queries, etc
Quality control of New Business.

The Person;

Must have a Business Related Degree or equivalent.
Must have proven experience (at least two years) in a related field-banking/insurance marketing.
Must have a good record of achieving sales targets.
Must have strong Selling skills.
Should be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity and ability to work independently and deliver
results without close supervision.
Should be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse
backgrounds and have a service-oriented disposition.
Must have good presentation and communication skills (both orally and written).
Must have a clean driver’s license.
