- In possession of a Diploma in Education or degree from a reputable institution.
- Have excellent communication skills and be a committed team player.
- Be positive, creative and flexible in their approach to teaching and learning.
- Be forward thinking, inspirational and receptive to change.
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to all behavior positively, with sensitivity and resilience.
- Experience in an ATS set up and ability to coach some of the following sporting disciplines will be an advantage; hockey, cricket, rugby, swimming, athletics and tennis.
