Talent Officer

Job Purpose

You will support the company’s talent agenda, ensuring the attraction, acquisition, integration, development, and retention of high-performing talent aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will also assist with Organisation Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of talent planning tools to meet company needs.
• Assist with talent acquisition process for new staff members.
• Facilitate and monitor performance management cycles to foster a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate and deliver talent development programs and champion graduate trainees and student attachment programmes.
• Assist with succession planning process and support organizational development and change initiatives.
• Provide support and act as a point of contact for the HRIMS, related online platforms related queries.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• -Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related social science degree. A relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification (e.g., IPMZ, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
• -2- 4 years of progressive HR or talent management experience, preferably within digital services, technology, telco, enterprise solutions, AI environments.
