Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other tools.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through every step of the hiring journey.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right fit for every role.
• Help streamline our recruitment process to ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and teams.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to manage high volume recruitment, multiple roles, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (Linkedin, Zoom, Hubspot)
• A passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
