To be successful in this role you must possess the following :
- Minimum one year of experience in tailoring.
• Ability to cut fabric with or without a pattern
• Ability to meet deadlines, productivity standards, and complete work in a timely manner.
• Possess a sense of urgency to work in a time sensitive, fast-paced team environment .
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize with good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy
• Must have good communication skills.
• Able to learn new skills and follow directions.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including, but not limited to, sewing machines, pressing and ironing equipment, sewing needle ok es ,stem press etc…
