Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in SAP S/4 HANA system installations, configurations, and upgrades
  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP HANA databases, including deployment, monitoring, and decommissioning
  • Perform daily administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning using HANA Studio, Cockpit, and DBA Cockpit
  • Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
  • Carry out backup, recovery, security management, and system upgrades
  • Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting languages
  • Document system architecture and operational procedures
  • Stay current with SAP HANA developments and manage SAP CTS for transports
