Green Fuel is seeking to appoint a Surveyor X1. Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the above vacancy that has arisen in the Land Development Department,
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidating and producing topographical maps
- Liaising and providing services to other departments on mapping out specific areas, drone operation survey requirements
- Coordinating and supervising any survey operations required outside Chisumbanje estate
- Coordinating the training of Graduate trainees and newly engaged Semi-skilled surveyors in the department
- Supervising the maintenance and servicing of all survey equipment
- Conducting site calibrations and providing backup services
Requirements
- Degree in Surveying and Geomatics
- Minimum of 2 years post qualifying
- Knowledge in GPS, Laser and other basic survey instruments
- Proficiency in design softwares e.g AutoCAD, opt Surface and model maker
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean class 4 driver’s license
