Key Responsibilities
- Draft policies, procedures and manual on supply chain/responsible sourcing compliance
- Conduct supply chain reviews and support in the implementation of the organization’s Responsible Sourcing Policy
- Develop training programs on supply chain and responsible sourcing and engage in training and capacity building of the organisation’s employees and suppliers
- Verify supplier documentation, licenses, beneficial ownership information, and production capacity.
- Monitor supplier compliance with the requirements of international best practice, document and report findings.
- Conduct supply chain mapping.
- Monitoring and documentation of consignments.
- Logistical and security coordination of precious metals.
- Identification, assessment, and rating of supply chain risks.
- Development of risk control plans and risk management strategies.

Requirements
- A minimum of a Degree in Geology, Mining, Metallurgy, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
- Lead Auditor Course in Occupational, Health and Safety (ISO:45001) and Environment (ISO:14001) will be an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
