Responsibilities:

Administer overall business operations activities for the branch through developing efficient robust operation systems.
Manage all loan cycle processes and determining work plan to achieve all business objectives.
Review controls the branches operating costs within the budget to maintain cost control.
Reporting to management on branch performance, and any other key issues.
Improve branch profitability and any other assigned duties.
Growing loan book to the set targets and expectations

Requirements:

A degree in Banking and Finance/ Economics/Accounting/ Business Studies or any other related field.
A professional course in Credit Management/ Credit Administration/ Securities Management or IOBZ an added advantage.
At least 3 years’ experience in a Bank/ Microfinance Institution well vested in customer services or credit granting processes.
