Job Purpose:
Oversees the daily workings of warehouse operations. Monitors supervise and implements schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high-quality standard of product production and delivery.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
• Supervises the production, procurement, and monitoring of daily operations
• Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
• Monitors the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate
• Ensures the production team has enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on the client’s request
• Monitors all schedules so as to meet deadlines
• Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
• Monitors production, packaging and distribution of chemicals
• Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment
• Follows up on interruptions to the orders
• Monitors, supervises and implements inventory activity
• Monitors all health and safety regulations so as to make sure they are followed
• Provides guidance to employees
• Sales representative
• Monitoring workflow and procedures

Job Qualifications:
• Relevant degree or diploma
• Highly Organized
• Must have a clean Driver’s License
• Understanding of Stock Management Systems
• Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively
• Excellent Communication Skills
