Caritas Zimbabwe Diocese of Mutare is looking for a consultant to facilitate a strategic framework for the period 2022 to 2026. The strategic framework is expected to be in line with the strategic direction for Caritas Zimbabwe, Caritas Internationalis and Caritas Africa
The purpose of the strategic review/planning process is to develop a revised strategic framework for the organisation in order to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, impact, relevance and sustainability of its strategic roles in the diocese of Mutare.
The scope and focus of the assignment are to provide technical, strategic and 2-day facilitation support to enable the renewal of the Caritas Zimbabwe Diocese of Mutare’s strategic framework.
