Job Title: STORES MANAGER
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly accountable Stores Manager to oversee high-value inventory and warehouse operations. The role focuses on stock security, accurate inventory control, operational efficiency, and strong internal governance. A finance or accounting background is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and safeguard high-value inventory
- Maintain accurate stock control and reporting
- Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile inventory with financial systems
- Supervise stores staff and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and loss prevention
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5-7 years’ stores/inventory management experience
- Proven experience handling high-value stock
- ERP and stock control systems knowledge
- Finance background advantageous
- High integrity and accountability
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail
- Leadership ability
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
