Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Verify and document GRNs, Delivery Notes, and Purchase Orders.
• Capture inventory transactions in ERPNext (GRNs, transfers, adjustments, returns).
• Collaborate with Finance & Procurement for 3-way matching (PO-GRN-Invoice).
• Maintain internal controls in line with GAAP & IFRS.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Supervise and train stores staff on ERPNext and inventory best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Studies, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory/stores management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS as they relate to inventory valuation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; ERPNext experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
