Manage inventory and purchasing of raw materials based on our company needs

Duties And Responsibilities

1.Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock.

2.enter purchase details into internal data bases.

3.place orders to replenish raw materials as needed.

4.Track shipments and address any delays.

5.Oversee storage of products

6.Evaluate supplier’s offers and negotiate profitable deals

7.Coordinate regular inventory audits

8.liaise with warehouse staff and internal teams to test products (status upon delivery and storage conditions)

9.Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)

10. Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.

Qualifications And Experience

1.Proven work experience as a stock controller, inventory manager or similar role.

2.Good understanding of supply chain procedures

3.Working knowledge of pastel version 11

4.Active participation in inventory audits

5.Excellent organization skills

6.Good communication and negotiation abilities

7.Diploma or degree in purchasing and supply, Stores management
