Job Title: Stores Clerk
KEY JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of the job is to ensure the organisation operates smoothly through effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving new stock in Good Received Note
- Dispatching stocks in the Issue book
- Updating the inventory book in case of returns and breakages
- Making sure the storage is clean
- Arranging inventory by similarities
- Preparing Storage signage
- Recording daily stock reconciliations
- Participating in stock counting monthly
- Reading Standards Operating Procedures for guidance
Requirements
- Business Administration/Commerce degree or equivalent
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from a reputable professional board
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory
