Duties And Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing stock items
• Updating bin cards and advising management on re-order levels
• Assisting the procurement officer with order compilation
• Maintaining proper documentation for inventory

Qualifications, Experience And Attributes

• 5 ‘O’ Level subjects including English and Mathematics
• National certificate in purchasing and stores management or equivalent
• High computer literacy and good with report writing
• Team player, self starter, innovative and self-assertive
• A basic knowledge of accounting and at least 2 years relevant experience
