Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials
  • Issue stock and materials to authorised departments or employees
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
  • Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excesses or damaged items
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
