An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as a Stores Clerk. The job exists for the purpose of maintaining stocks in the plant stores and making sure that all plant consumables are available.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares monthly stores reports in Navision D365
Maintains reorder levels and EOQ for all stocks and raise requests for restocking in Navision D365
Prepares monthly stocking requirements for the organization
Carries out monthly and quarterly stock count
Carries out stock valuation and compiles stock list for disposal
Issues stocks to user departments
Receives stock items, processes invoices, prepares goods received notes (GRNs) in ERP system

Requirements

Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management/ Stores Management/ Warehouse Management
Computer literate, SAP, Navision D365
Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
CIPS Diploma or any other equivalent will be an added advantage
Knowledge in any of the systems ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 is an added advantage
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position
Knowledge of stock management
Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
