An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as a Stores Clerk. The job exists for the purpose of maintaining stocks in the plant stores and making sure that all plant consumables are available.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly stores reports in Navision D365
- Maintains reorder levels and EOQ for all stocks and raise requests for restocking in Navision D365
- Prepares monthly stocking requirements for the organization
- Carries out monthly and quarterly stock count
- Carries out stock valuation and compiles stock list for disposal
- Issues stocks to user departments
- Receives stock items, processes invoices, prepares goods received notes (GRNs) in ERP system
Requirements
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management/ Stores Management/ Warehouse Management
- Computer literate, SAP, Navision D365
- Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
- CIPS Diploma or any other equivalent will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in any of the systems ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 is an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Knowledge of stock management
- Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
