Our Client has tasked us with sourcing an exceptional leader to take the helm of the Store Manager position. A candidate with the vision, drive, and charisma to inspire excellence and elevate our brand to new heights.

Key responsibilities

The individual shall be responsible for the following, among other duties:

• Handling complaints or issues promptly.

• Maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment.

• Assigning tasks and shifts and providing guidance and supervision to employees.

• Monitoring employee performance.

• Monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves.

• Recording sales and inventory data as well as processing transactions accurately.

• Reconciling cash registers and preparing daily sales reports

• Managing supplier relationships.

• Creating work schedules as well as conducting briefings or training sessions.

• Ensuring the shop environment is clean and organized and reporting maintenance issues.

• Maintaining sales, inventory, and employee records.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Managing any necessary licenses or permits

• Analyzing sales data for trends.

• Implementing improvements to increase sales or efficiency.

Requirements

• A degree in business management, or a related field.

• Retail management experience.

• Inventory management experience.

• 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• A clean class four driver’s license.
