Our Client has tasked us with sourcing an exceptional leader to take the helm of the Store Manager position. A candidate with the vision, drive, and charisma to inspire excellence and elevate our brand to new heights.
Key responsibilities
The individual shall be responsible for the following, among other duties:

Handling complaints or issues promptly.

Maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment.

Assigning tasks and shifts and providing guidance and supervision to employees.

Monitoring employee performance.
-
Monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves.
-
Recording sales and inventory data as well as processing transactions accurately.
-
Reconciling cash registers and preparing daily sales reports
-
Managing supplier relationships.
-
Creating work schedules as well as conducting briefings or training sessions.
-
Ensuring the shop environment is clean and organized and reporting maintenance issues.
-
Maintaining sales, inventory, and employee records.
-
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
-
Managing any necessary licenses or permits
-
Analyzing sales data for trends.
-
Implementing improvements to increase sales or efficiency.
Requirements
-
A degree in business management, or a related field.
-
Retail management experience.
-
Inventory management experience.
-
5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
-
High attention to detail and accuracy.
-
A clean class four driver’s license.
