Candidate should be familiar stock control procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams. Knowledge in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Managing stores
• Receiving and issuing of goods
• Maintaining stores record and bin cards
• Reconciling the inventory module to the General Ledger
• Reconciling production to sales
• Stocks reconciliations
• Managing stock takes
• Compiling stock reports
• Requisitions to replenish stock
• To oversee loading and dispatch of trucks to customers
Qualifications And Experience
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting and or Supply Chain Management
• Stores/ Purchasing Diploma
• Excellent knowledge and experience with stock tracking software
At least 2 years proven experience managing inventory.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
