Job Summary
The incumbent reports to the Director – Radio Services and is responsible for the implementation of the station´s strategy
DUTIES
Plans for programming/content
Develops the station´s strategy and budget
Ensures that all revenue and content targets are for the station are met
Enhances compliance of the station to regulations of the industry
Identifies and develops new business opportunities and partnerships for business and content for the station
Ensures audience growth for the station
Supervises employees at the station
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Communication, Journalism and/ or Media Studies
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
