Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor care administered by auxiliary staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards

Deliver holistic, patient-centered care that addresses physical, psychological, and spiritual needs

Promote health education and primary care awareness to patients and their families

Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with patients, families, and the public

Uphold patient confidentiality and observe professional ethics at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in General Nursing

Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing

Current Practising Certificate (required)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting

Strong time management, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills
