Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will work alongside two other speech therapists and a senior/head therapist, with access to ongoing mentorship, training, assessment materials, therapy resources and clinical support.
- This provides the therapist with an opportunity to work holistically and collaborate with professionals across a range of disciplines.
Requirements
- Hold a recognised qualification in Speech-Language Therapy
- Be fully qualified and eligible to practise
- Have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a paediatric setting
- Be confident working with a varied caseload
- Demonstrate good clinical judgement and professional communication
- Be willing to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Two or more years of clinical experience is preferred; however, a newly qualified Speech-Language Therapist will also be considered.
- The practice is not currently recruiting students or therapists who are still completing their university qualification.
Salary
A competitive basic salary, with commission available in addition to the basic salary. Remuneration will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and clinical experience. A newly qualified therapist will be considered, with salary appropriately aligned to their level of experience. Performance and remuneration will be reviewed every three months.
